If possible and I were a patient I would think that it ould be sensible to get proton therapy, which would then be followed by conventional x-ray to "mop up". Unless of course the tumor(s) are occult ect.? Are they doing this already and would they know enough about proton therapy application to entertain the thought. I know they are building one at MD Anderson so if I went there for treatment would they referr me out to Cali or Boston or how would that work if they agreed to try it? I dunno just trying to not feel helpless if my fears are confirmed. Thanks. | | |
