He has been doing "swim therapy" for his sore, stiff shoulder...as well as for basic exercise as well. He also does various stretching exercises - but not religiously, as he should be doing. But he has found that it really helps his shoulder after I apply an analgesic cream such as Ben-gay or Icy Hot. Of course, it's only temporary - but he seems to feel it brings a couple of hours of much needed relief from the stiffness and soreness. Just thought I'd pass that tip along for any who may be interested.
