Your grandma is probably tired from infection and maybe the cancer and maybe just battling the shock of finding everything just overwhelming.
Probably the two most important things are to keep hydrated and maintain nutrition. The body can not heal without nutrition. Ideally, she would need almost a can an hour of Boost. Try the Boost Plus (extra fat and calories and a little more protein) or the Boost High Protein. There are a lot of nutritional high calorie shakes posted on this sight under various topics in the forum.
