Gary is right, you need to get help for your obsession about oral cancer. A psychiatrist can help you figure out why the obession and how to deal with it. My mother developed an obession with cancer, became convinced she had it. She didn't. She died of pneumonia and the autopsy (requested by my grandmother, her mother) revealed that she had no cancer. It was all in her mind. You remind me of her in your obession with oral cancer. Like Gary, I don't mean to be cruel but you are one of the lucky ones, you don't have oral cancer.
