Patient Advocate (old timer, 2000 posts) Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 3,552 | Hi Erik, don't freak out just yet - I had all kinds of lousy MRI's with "regions of interest" (ROI) and they turned out to be scar tissue and no big deal (and this with radiation alone). With all that stuff they did to you I am sure that you have tons of scar tissue. Your palpation and visual exam went well and that's pretty major. The CT is only a small part of the data and workup.
