I can add only some advice from Mark's post which was on the Money.
I never smoked much and I'm talking about 1 pack a week!!! The best advice I can give you is PLEASE DON'T USE SMOKING PRODUCTS IN ANY FORM!!
I wouldn't wish what I am going thru on anyone!!!
Go see your Doctor and get some piece of Mind.
