In the meantime, remember to take a notebook [ or a tape recorder] with you to all appts coming up so that one of you can write down what is being talked about. Sometimes we get overloaded with information at the beginning and some of it sounds like a foreign language. Ask questions about anything that you don't quite understand at these early appts.
