You do whatever it takes to feel comfortable with your level of knowledge and the treatment you are receiving. When my mother was terminally ill with ovarian cancer there were even times I emailed pictures from a digital camera to the head of GYN Oncology and we pre-admitted her to avoid the 7 hours in the emergenc room. Find the path that gives you peace of mind.
