I have posted this elsewhere but I recently found a Carnation Instant Breakfast VHC product that has a whopping 560 cals in the same 8 ozs that Boost and Ensure Plus only have 350. My problem was more naseau than pain so by being able to swallow far less for the same cals was very helpful. If you want to get it call your pharmavy, like CVS or Walgreens, and they can get it within a day or 2. Stress the VHC because Carnation has many similar products.

Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
