Welcome to the OCF forum. I am so sorry for what you and your father are going through. I never went through the process/treatment options you are now facing. I had surgery and radiation nearly five years ago. I can offer a good book on how to live a life with less cancer risk. The book is called Anticancer by David Servan-Schreiber. Covers everything from food, to exercise, to stress, to culture, etc.
Wish I could offer some insights on the rest. Hoping someone else sees this and jumps in on your treatment questions.

This is another custom island. This one could be used for ads. This spot is one of the best places for ads on your site to be placed. This can be enabled/disabled on a per forum basis.
