I’m sorry that you are having a problem receiving the wristbands. Two orders have been shipped to you at your motel address provided to us in your order. Ingrid at the OCF office tells me that she has emailed you twice with tracking numbers for the first order and the replacement order. Since this is going to a motel address, I can only assume that the staff there is not getting these to you, as the tracking shows that both were delivered. I’m not sure what to do to try to get these to you again since the problem seems to be with the Anderson Motel. Please check w the staff. The tracking number shows the last one was delivered June 7, in their mailbox at 1:30 PM.
Hopefully they will be able to locate the small package they were delivered in two times now. B
