In New York you have Sloan Kettering, in Boston, Dana Farber, etc. I know that with Dana Farber there is information on their website that says you can send in your medical files and they will give you a second opinion.
If I were in New York I would find a way to send mine to Sloan Kettering. Of course, free advice is worth what you pay for it. Best of luck.
