Ye Gods, Ryno You aren't getting enough sleep. Your post on the 28th was at 11:30 pm-long after I was in bed and the next am at 7:30 you were fussing at the lack of responses. I get my 1st cup of coffee about 7 am most mornings and I don't want to talk to any one before then. By the way John's ENT Doc's name is DR. Nice and his surgeon is Dr. Stern.
