I agree!!! Experienced physicians can give you an educated guess as to what a lesion probably is but without a biopsy they cant be 100% certain. If you dont feel comfortable with the ENT who examined you then go for a second opinion. A second opinion is always a good idea, it sure cant hurt in your situation. Leukoplakia does NOT always turn into cancer. Ive seen many patients come thru here with leukoplakia that it has never turned into cancer. If its removed, it often returns to the same area.
