I am starting the process for a prosthetic for the soft palate and my entire team were all over it, setting everything up for me. Like Cheryl said, I would think that someone on your team, or as Christine stated insurance carriers would have referrals. I have learned as I went through this process that apparently there aren't a lot of folks practicing in some of these type fields, although this seems a little more straight forward to me.
