You will experience pain for about a minute and then its over. After I got over the shock of the pain, I immediately felt relief. It was amazing to be able to move around properly and stand up straight for a change. You may need to relax for a couple days just avoiding alot of physical activity, especially lifting anything over 20 pounds. Unless you have a very strenuous, physical type of job then you shouldnt need to take time off besides for the appointment.
Congrats on getting the PEG removed! Its quite a hurdle to relearn how to eat enough after treatment.
