If it doesn't get better in a couple of days then make an appointment with an ENT Specialist. If the doctor feels the need then some further test will be ordered . Cancer cannot be diagnosed just by an exam .

Just relax and think positive. Like I've learned on this forum It's not cancer unless a Biopsy says it is.
