Please understand this group is made up of caregivers and OC patients, not medical professionals. That said, its not possible to diagnose you over the internet with only symptoms of asymmetrical tonsils.
Unfortunately many OC patients experience no symptoms at all which is why its so important to have yearly oral cancer screenings. If your dentist doesnt automatically provide this service, and isnt able to do a complete OC screening for you then its time for a new dentist. If you want to check further, seek out an ENT who treats OC patients.
