Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 1,293 Likes: 1 | I had plenty of white patches and sores all over my tongue and inner cheek and back along the tonsils too. All quite normal but sure hurt quite a bit.
There is stuff called "magic mouthwash" that is mixed up a bit differently but look for lidocaine as that eases the pain.
Rinsing a lot with half and half baking soda and salt in warm water helps soothe things too.
