It's very normal, but as everyone else here has said - do make sure your dr. is aware of everything. There are creams you can use to help with his redness, someone will likely suggest a few good ones (aquaphor etc...) I used one only available in Canada so I won't recommend it - but remember it goes on AFTER treatment. NOT BEFORE.
