Every week a HBO doc should be checking you as well. I would speak up on Monday and talk with the tech and ask if you are able to discuss it with the HBO doc prior to diving. You could have other problems that are being brought out by the HBO.
When I did HBO, after about a week of it I always felt great. I dont know exactly why but HBO always had a very healing effect on me from head to toe. It even cleared up my lower back arthritis problems.
