All meaningful testing in oral is from biopsy. There are no good predictive tests for oral HPV pre cancers, only for episomal HPV which is transient in most of the population. While there are several sold by dental offices they provide you no meaningful information. Needless to say this is a huge problem for those of us that are interested in early discovery.
