Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,264 Likes: 5 | I haven't had a biopsy of that site. But I can tell you that some areas do take longer to heal. Sometimes it's based on location, exposure to certain foods, oral bacteria, an individual's healing ability, and immune system. Hopefully it's nothing but it is best to have it monitored by a physician and hopefully the biopsy comes back clean.
