I would ask for a tube of cortaid. keep the area clean... wash and rinse your mouth after each meal, then apply the cortaid. it helps heal. (do this once he has finished the biopsy). hopefully it will heal - but do keep an eye on it and if it doesn't get better in a timely manner, go back to see him.
re biopsy results. They are a tricky thing. It all depends on the amount of tissue take and the location, it also depends on the pathologist looking at it. I had two negatives before a positive. My tumor was deeper into my tongue. Hopefully it's nothing. hugs.
