You never know what is going on, it could be an infection or it could be nothing serious. After going thru what your husband has its hard not to get worried over any symptom even minor ones. I always err of the side of caution and get things checked out. Its better to be safe than sorry. Call the doc (ENT) and get your husband thoroughly checked out.
