Platinum Member (300+ posts) Joined: Jun 2013 Posts: 346 Likes: 3 | 20 to 30 years seems iffy to me. I was diagnosed at 37, and I nevet even dated till I was 19, did not even kiss till much later than that. The math.for me would not add up.
I am in a monogamous relationship, but till all this surgery and trearment is over, I think my dear husband is probably safe, poor deprived darling.
If this became some sort of legal thing for people, given how little we really know, there would be a tough burden of proof to surmount.
ETA: We do suspect some early childhood abuse in my past, so I guess my math may be suspect. Never mind that. But it does underscore the difficulty of proof.
