This was November I am now on my 4 th bottle of antibiotics plus I now have a messed up thyroid. They doctors are now saying 2 years. I can t even eat regular foods

Mr. K returns to clinic following a
one-month interval during which time he was having a lot of
issues with lower facial swelling and was started on antibiotics
and actually was seen by Dr. L for evaluation of this. He
notes that this facial swelling has continued and he still has a
bit of erythema there. He also notes that with this facial
swelling, he is having a lot of discharge, both below and above
and feels as if he is having a lot of issues with secretions. He
denies any fevers or chills. He has no night sweats. He does
feel that area of swelling is quite hard and has not changed
much, although it may be a little less red than it had been
previous. He has no worsening of his swallowing. He does cough
occasionally after drinking liquids. He continues to take all of
his nutrition by mouth and only uses his PEG tube intermittently
about once a week to flush it. He has no new bowel or bladder
issues. He has no other new complaints on today's visit.

Review of Systems: A complete review of systems was performed,
almost unremarkable except as noted above.

Past Medical History: No medical history beyond his base of
tongue tumor.
