Here is my experience,

I like to write the state of the tumor growth and express my pain feelings here before I go for surgery. This is all for knowledge purpose.

Pain Status :
The day I was diagnosed with cancer by an oral surgeon and right ahead of surgery next week.
Only time I had pain was 3 days after biopsy due to stitches.
Never had trouble in chewing, swallowing or speaking equally using both jaws and sides.

Tumor and white patches on tongue surface:
White patches dramatically have reduced (disappear) since biopsy was performed. Tumor size has remain consistent and the same in diameter (about 1.5-2.00 cm) with no additional growth (at least from outside).

Thickness of tongue:
This has remain same between the day of biopsy and today. Meaning, I personally don't suspect that tumor has grown inside dramatically (similar to other victims who have written/reported that, they had an egg size tumor came out at the time of surgery, I don't see this possibility here in my case.) Tongue is slim equally on both side with no other unusual traits.

Thanks
