Only a doctor can tell you if it's cancer or not, and really only with a biopsy is it confirmed 100%. Usually it's some other condition, out of hundreds, and or can br a pre-cancerous condition, so the right thing to do is to be examined, usually by an ENT, ear, nose, throat surgeon, and or your primary doctor, depending on your insurance protocol, and no one will say your exaggerating, if your symptoms exist more than 3 weeks.
