My husband just had his surgery yesterday and I feel so grateful that he got a second opinion. The first doctor was going to dissect the neck and remove a similar number of nodes from his neck, but the second doctor decided not to do the dissection unless he had proof that it was necessary.
We should get the results do the labs test next week to determine nodes involvement.

We're keeping our fingers crossed.

If no treatment is required, I says you are a lucky person!
