Discoloration is not all that unusual with everything you have been thru. It could be all kinds of things besides what we all fear the most... a recurrence. Even with this area being like that for a few weeks, it would still be caught super early IF it would be cancerous.
Hang in there, get checked out. Hope its nothing serious!!!
