Chris, just have to say that the surgery sounds to me like it would most definitely be painful 2 weeks out! PLease don't wait a week to talk to your doc about the pain if it's not controlled. They make a best guess but pain control is very individual, not all drugs work the same on all people, and you'll heal faster if your pain is soothed.
p.s., just figured out your "Beat Bama" sig is not necessarily political. Have no idea what a Hokie is but I'm thinking sports?
