After one Chemo and 15 Radiation treatments the lump on the side of my sisters neck is getting bigger, not smaller...Shouldn't this lump be getting smaller by now?

supporting my sister age 60, SCC tongue, Stage 1-2,
peg in 8/26/13, 30 rads w/ 3x chemo
begin 8/12/13, end 9/30/13
