Hi Scott: my husband Dan just completed his first wk of therapy too. 5 rad tx's and one chemo. He did pretty good until Friday night.....then had some vomiting. Saturday was miserable.....but he was able to sleep. He is very weak. He also developed thrush, which I found Friday evening....so another rx. What did you have? Rad and chemo? I hope it went well. Yes, it is very scary and hard to keep your chin up, but I KNOW that you and Dan can do this. Everyone here seems very helpful (I'm new here) so I think it is a good thing that we found a spot here. Take care and keep me posted on how you are doing. I know everyone is different, but it is nice to share experiences with someone that is at the beginning of the road too!
