Congrats on 32 years of survivorship. That IS impressive. Fortunately I have not - yet anyway - had the throat spasms. That sounds very scary, but you are obviously handling it well. It would be great to hear what your other experiences with long term radiation damage were - you said it started at 17 years out, and it would be helpful to know of your experiences.
