Pain medication only solves the symptom - pain - it doesn't deal with the problem. Perhaps you need to have more of the adhesion removed - and you definitely need to STOP SMOKING!! Hugs!! you also need to be closely monitored - this cancer is microscopic - with no other treatment any possible residual cancer will continue to grow and spread - and it doesn't announce itself with a marching band - it sneaks in - and by the time you catch it - it can be an advanced stage.
