Hi there the fact that is diverse doesn't sound as though it is cancer, perhaps you have something else going on. Usually - though not always - there is a primary. Multiple locations would make me think that it is maybe an infection or something. It is best to have it checked out regardless as one of the areas of concern could be cancerous. Do see an experienced ENT who has a lot of cancer knowledge. best of luck.
