1. Stop altogether the use of any tobacco products immediately!!! Throw your can(s) away and never use tobacco again as long as you live. PERIOD, and
2. Calm down. Worrying will not change what it is or is not.
No one here can tell you if it's cancer or not, only a biopsy can do that and let's hope it's not.

Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
