At OCF we strictly adhere to the Health On The Net Code which means we only publish scientifically proven treatments. There is no question a healthy diet makes a person healthier. These alternative treatments have not been scientifically proven to cure anything.

I suggest doing your own research to determine what will help. Start by doing a search on quackwatch. When I checked there I found references for both tumeric and lycopene. Years ago there was a clinical study done about raspberries, at this time the results were inconclusive. Here is what I found about Black Raspberries on Webmd....

"BLACK RASPBERRY Dosing
The appropriate dose of black raspberry for use as treatment depends on several factors such as the user's age, health, and several other conditions. At this time there is not enough scientific information to determine an appropriate range of doses for black raspberry. Keep in mind that natural products are not always necessarily safe and dosages can be important. Be sure to follow relevant directions on product labels and consult your pharmacist or physician or other healthcare professional before using."

Please do not bring these ideas to this website. It is against OCF rules to post unsubstantiated medical claims. The best thing to do if unsure about posting something like this is to ask, send me a PM prior to posting anything like this. At this time I have locked the thread to avoid any further comments. The subject is closed and I would appreciate no further posts started about this subject.

Thank you.
