Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 1,294 Likes: 1 | Baking soda and salt mix. I have this mix on my next to the bathroom sink and put a spoonful into a short cup with warm water every time I visit the bathroom. Always there and ready to serve. Easiest way for me to make sure to gargle with the stuff when battling any mouth sores.
