I love your list detailing the day to day variables. I just always accepted those thing as expected so for me I found your list hilarious. If I were to have kept track I cannot imagine what other curious events I could add to your list. One day I woke up and the inside of my mouth was sore purple tissue. I treated with manuka honey and it was gone the next day. Long and short of it is that all of these steps forward backward, sideways and forward are good things - we are here to watch our bodies struggle with the assaults it has endured. Patience - it gets better.
