I have hundreds of recipes. Currently I'm on the "See Food" and "Bucket list" diet lol, so the health aspect is not too much a concern for me, but I mostly use fresh anyway, and many ingredients can be substituted.
The National Institute of Health, NIH, also has a publication, "Eating Hints. Before, During, and After Cancer Treatments" which is pretty good info with 68 pages.
