Not a doctor either, but looks like it could be herpes simplex virus lesions in the first photo around the lip. HPV-1 is very common, and 90 percent have been exposed by age 20, and may harbor the latent virus. They can go away in a few days or may need antiviral meds. The Thrush looks pretty bad, and hope the anti- fungal meds work.
