That meant a new toothbrush, pillow case and towel every single day. That will help break the cycle. From what I understand, thrush is very contagious and sometimes hard to get rid of. You need to break the cycle and make sure it cant carry over from one day to the next.
Hope you can get rid of it soon, thrush can be a real pain!
