Since we arent doctors or medical professionals we probably wont be much help to you with your problem.
All I understand about the trigeminal nerve is that it is one of the 5 major nerves in the face. Ive had excruciating pain from this after a surgery to remove half my lower jaw, so I understand how debilitating the pain can be.
If your current physicians are not helping you go to a top medical center which has the best doctors. That is your best chance to get this taken care of so you can return to a decent life.
