Ditto what Dave said... Though I would like to add two things - the ear fullness - can be related to your prior surgery... Im definitely rewired in my throat since my surgery and sometimes fluid- when I drink - gets into my ear canal and makes it feel full. And the node being two cm may definitely be pressing on something that makes you feel like they're something in your throat. It depends on location, size and what's around it. That said my final remark is do not quit until you get a definite answer with a treatment that works!!! good luck.
