Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,264 Likes: 5 | My bottle has a small tip like a glue bottle would so I can squeeze a small bead of it along the inside... Are your trays hard? Mine are rubbery and soft... You might be able to pick up a small bottle at the dollar store that you can squeeze the flouride out if. It still burns for me and come October I'm 18 mos out of treatment and 20 post surgery.
