Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,264 Likes: 5 | My tumor was also inside my tongue - just reddened skin on the outside no lesion, or anything. See an ENT ASAP - it could be nothing. Likely it is but best to have it checked by someone who is familiar with oral cancer make sure they feel the area and if the biopsy they go deep for the tissue sample. Best of luck and truly hope it's nothing.
