Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,606 Likes: 2 | I chose a university hospital for the research perspective but I also chose University of Texas Southwestern Medical School because the head of the GYN Oncology department and I became greatly aquainted when my mother went through treatment with an oncologist trained there and later at the same place. It was a little eary at first to see some of the same people that I saw with my mother but I could see her smiling down with appreciation!
