Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,264 Likes: 5 | Mets to lungs is hard... There is a woman here who battled for four years and had mets to lungs - she was expecting to be cancer free as of last January. She was involved in 2 clinical trials - one tumor was removed, the other was treated with the trial. If your mom is at a ccc, ask about clinical trials. Have they biopsied the lung tissue? I'm assuming so. Hopefully someone will be along that can offer more information.
